About the project

Witco: The Ultimate White-Label Building Management Platform for Offices, Co-Working Spaces, and Residential Housing!

From 2017 to 2022, I had the privilege of working closely with the founding team as the Lead UX/UI designer of the Witco platform, a white-label SaaS solution for Building management.

What started as a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) has since grown into a comprehensive solution with over 50 customizable modules, designed to streamline the daily operations of managers and occupants alike – whether they be tenants, employees, or residents.

Today, I'm proud to say that Witco is currently implemented in over 800 buildings and used by more than 5000 companies, making a positive impact on the lives of thousands of people every day.

My role

In my role as the Lead Designer I wore many hats:

Collaborated with the founders and project owner team to ideate, create, and update modules for the app and web.
Designed new modules from scratch, from ideation to developer hand-off.
Reviewed and proposed new approaches to enhance the user experience.
Conducted regular testing and iterations to refine the design.
Created and maintained a white-label design system.
Designed custom icons and illustrations to enhance the platform's visual appeal.
Provided design hand-off to developers for seamless execution.
